Oak Park is internationally noted for its architectural heritage, with styles ranging from Victorian to Prairie. Oak Park is known particularly as the place with the single most Frank Lloyd Wright designed buildings anywhere in the world. Oak Park has three nationally recognized historic districts - The Ridgeland / Oak Park Historic District, the Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie School of Architecture Historic District and the Gunderson Historic District. These areas, comprising a third of the houses in the Village, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

John & Linda Hillman Host Appreciation Party for Bosi Construction On October 28, 2007, John & Linda Hillman hosted a party in their home for Bosi Construction to celebrate the completion of their Addition and Kitchen Renovation Project. Most in attendance were past & current clients, along with the kitchen designer, some neighbors (also Bosi clients) Bosi employees and a future client. In a spontaneous sharing of appreciation, each of the clients shared why they came to the party and why they chose Bosi. It was a "pinch me, am I dreaming" event as it was very touching and encouraging for the employees to be appreciated for jobs well done.
