Dave and Karen Bosi
David Bosi, President In 1978, after years of working as a carpenter for his father, David Bosi founded Bosi Construction Co., Inc. He saw the need for a local company that provided the type of personal and quality service that he would want in his own home. As the company grew, Dave carefully chose employees who would exemplify his philosophy of customer service and quality work. Dave and Karen Bosi have been married for over 30 years and are the the proud parents of four children - two sons and two daughters. Dave enjoys traveling and is most fond of his frequent trips to Reynoso, Mexico where he works with a team of volunteers twice a year to build Homes for the Homeless. Dave and Karen also volunteer as mentors for young married couples, as leaders in a youth ministry, and are supporters of several World Vision children as well as a Native American ministry and training for Third World pastors.
Mike and Donna Melody
Mike Melody, Project Manager Mike has an extensive background in carpentry and remodeling. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationships and the ability to get the job done on schedule. A virtual motion machine on two legs, Mike is the embodiment of professionalism and client advocacy. Mike and his wife Donna are the proud parents of three sons and three daughters. In 2007, the Melody family spent their Christmas vacation in Mexico participating in the Homes for the Homeless program. Mike and Donna volunteer with area children and support various ministries in the greater Chicagoland area. Mike also volunteered his project manager skills to help his church build a large addition.
Pat and Patricia Bosi
Pat Bosi, Foreman and Carpenter An artist with the tools of a tradesman, Pat Bosi has been crafting fine homes and remodeled spaces since childhood. Like Dave, Pat enjoyed working with their father prior to joining Bosi Construction in 1986. More than Dave's brother, Pat is a vital component of making and keeping the Bosi name in high regards. Pat especially loves the uniqueness of the projects in the homes of Oak Park, River Forest and surrounding communities. His sense of humor and easy going manner has made him a favorite of our clients. Pat and his wife Patty have two sons and one daughter. They really enjoy dancing and spending time with their grandchildren.
David & Christiana Keuch
David Keuch, Foreman and Carpenter Dave started with Bosi in 2006 and was quickly promoted from Carpenter to Foreman. He started in the construction business when he was just a tot following his Dad around worksites and over the years has worked in nearly every facet of construction. Clients praise his top quality work and his clean work-site approach to construction. His easy-going manner and strong work ethic make him a joy to work with and a favorite of clients. We're still trying to figure out what just might ruffle his feathers. He and his wife Christina have one son.
Michelle Galan - Administrative Assistant Michelle joined the administrative staff in August 2010. She and her husband Joe are hard working students, as well as dedicated employees. While Michelle only works with us part-time, with her remaining time she is a Hairstylist & is studying to be a Physician Assistant. Rounding out their household is their kitty - Roxy. While Shelly is new to the staff, we are excited about her varied background in business & with her help as an assistant, we know that she will be an excellent addition to our team. She is a groomed professional with a strong work ethic giving full support to our team and clients.
Karen and Dave Bosi
Karen Bosi - Office Manager The office would lose some of its sunshine without the presence of Karen Bosi. Karen is responsible for many of our special projects and has recently taken on the job of Office Manager. She came on part-time staff in 2006 and has been shaking things up in a very good way ever since. Karen has completely and almost single-handedly redecorated the entire office with colorful decor that matches her sunny personality. She has a gift for organization, scrapbooking, and sharing her joy in her faith. Married to Dave Bosi since 1979, they are the proud parents of four children. Karen particularly enjoys volunteering in Mexico with homeless families, partnering with Dave as marriage mentors, working with teens & college students and using her photography skills.
